We are a Spanish company, so we provide customer service locally. In Spanish, English, and French.

We have improved the assembly instructions, and they come in Spanish and English.

And the stock is available in our warehouse in Peninsular Spain, so shipments are fast: for Peninsular Spain, delivery is made within 24-48 business hours from receipt of the order.

By law, you always have 14 days to cancel your order and return a product.

Our return policy extends this period to 30 days: you can try your table for 30 days and if you are not satisfied, we will refund your money.

(Note: please note that in order for us to refund your order, you must return the table to us in its original packaging and with all the parts).

3-year guarantee on all components of our tables.

If you experience any malfunction within 3 years of purchase (and you've had normal use of the product), contact us and we'll resolve the issue, either by sending replacement parts, or a new replacement product.

Shipments to Peninsular Spain are included in the price.
As indicated above, deliveries to Peninsular Spain are made within 24-48 business hours from order confirmation.

Many brands do not ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Perhaps because they are expensive and difficult destinations.

We do ship to these destinations. After all, they are Spanish provinces, why wouldn't we send there?

We take sustainability seriously.

Our tables are an electrical and electronic device, and as such, their waste is regulated by law, by RD 110/2015 and RD 27/202, on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE).

Our company is attached to and collaborates with the Eco-Raee's Foundation, through which we make monthly contributions to ensure that EEE waste in Spain is collected, classified, and treated correctly, for the benefit of the environment and circular economy.
